They include One Spirit One Heart, Mind Body Spirit Open Day, Psychics Carnival, Hong Kong Yoga Fest, and our latest "to-do": 11th Mind Body Spirit Open Day which will be held on Jun 19 (Sun) at the 6/F Exhibition Gallery, Sheung Wan Civic Centre.

The first MBS Day was organized in 1999. We came up with the idea to enable more residents, expatriates and tourists to become familiar with all that Hong Kong has to offer: alternative therapies, intuitive art practitioners, psychic readers, various spiritual and environment organization, natural healthcare specialists, health/fitness/beauty consultants, and others in the mind, body and spirit fields. By bringing these experts under one roof we enabled you to familiarize yourself with the practices and practitioners during one fun-filled day. The Mind Body Spirit Open Day has since become an annual event.

As we constantly renew and evolve, we try to include new events to meet the needs of the public. In August 2003, we organized the Hong Kong Yoga Extravaganza. We'd like to make it an annual event. This program features yoga teachers, practitioners, schools, demonstrations, and lectures.
